Child Safety Standards

TribeLink has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to every TribeLink account, message, post, Strut, story, live stream, event, group, game, and interaction.

1. Adults-only service

TribeLink is for adults age 18 and older. People under 18 may not create or use an account. We may request age or identity verification, restrict access, or remove accounts when we reasonably believe the eligibility requirement has been violated.

2. Prohibited child sexual abuse and exploitation

TribeLink strictly prohibits content, conduct, or attempts involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of a child. This includes CSAM; grooming; sextortion; sexualization of minors; trafficking of a child for sexual exploitation; requesting, offering, creating, storing, or sharing sexual content involving a minor; or arranging sexual contact with a minor.

This prohibition covers real, altered, synthetic, computer-generated, or illustrated material when it depicts or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation. Users must not download, forward, save, or redistribute suspected illegal material.

3. How to report a child safety concern

Use the report option available inside TribeLink on profiles and supported content menus. Reports can be submitted for accounts, posts, Struts, stories, live streams, dating profiles, and game activity. Users can also block an account to stop supported interactions.

For a child safety concern, email support@tribelink.app. Include only the information needed to identify the account or content. Do not attach, copy, or redistribute suspected CSAM.

Immediate danger: contact local emergency services. In the United States, suspected child sexual exploitation can also be reported directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline.

4. Review, removal, and enforcement

TribeLink reviews safety reports and may use relevant account, content, and technical information to investigate. When we identify prohibited content or conduct, we may remove content, restrict features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and prevent repeat abuse.

We prioritize credible child safety reports. A report does not guarantee a particular outcome, and privacy, safety, or legal restrictions may limit what we can disclose about an investigation.

5. Compliance and reports to authorities

TribeLink complies with applicable child safety laws. When required by law or appropriate to protect a child, we preserve relevant information and report apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional, national, or local authorities.

We respond to valid legal requests and cooperate with authorized law-enforcement and child-safety organizations in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
